Job interview - which VISA to apply

Can anybody help me? I was invited for a job interview in US by a big company. Which VISA should I apply in my case

Tricky question !
I guess you will need a letter of invitation and sopnsorship from Company inviting you for interview and in this case the visa may fall in B1 category.
