Do we send the documents to TTservices or to US conulate in Chennai?

Hi,

We are applying for Tourist visa my mother. I have a question with respect to sending the Visa application form (DS-156), passport and other documents. All I understand is that we need to fix a web appointment with TTsvisas. Do we need to send the docs (original or photocopies) to them after fixing an appointment or do we carry the originals with us to the US consulate on the day of the appointment? I don't find any information realted to this in Path2USA or in US Consulte site.

Do we send the filled in documents along with Passport to TTservices or to US conulate in Chennai?

for Chennai consulate , you do not need to send any document.
Fix the appointment , and reach the conuslate on that appoitment date with all the documents.

(Only mumbai consulate requries, applicants to send the copy of passport and application forms,fee to be sent in advance)
