Visa interview in Chennai

Hi, My mother's visa interview in Chennai is next week. Could somebody please tell me where exactly she should go in the Consulate, ie which gate, near the flyover or on Radhakrishnan Road side. Should she go one hour early than the appointment or just before the scheduled time? I have been reading that sometimes they call for the interview very late. In that case, would there be drinking water inside and bathrooms? Since she cannot carry water bottles or any food items, I was just worried. She is 61 years old.

Also, the affidavit (I-134) states that we need bank letter and employment letter in duplicate? Do we have to send 2 originals of each? Please reply soon.

I do not know the specific abt the gate etc, but yes the water should be available.
also regarding the document question, you have send originals of each one - I134, Bank letter and letter of employment.

Hi,
She has to take the gate on the Oxford University Press side. The one on Cathedral Road/Radhakrishnan Road is not open for visa applicants. All the facilities are available there.
