Visitor visa rejected.

My in-laws visa application got rejected .. I would like to know

If a visitor visa is rejected - whats the next step to do ?.
How do they re-apply?.
Will they have to take one more appointment or will they be given one more chance w/o an appointment?.
How do I know why the visa is rejected ?.
Does the consulate spell out the reason why they rejected the visa application?.

u have to repeat the appt process again and take new appt - u can re-apply after a minimum of 3 days - please check ttsvisas.com faq section for details.

however on the next attempt make sure u have all reqd docs and are well prepared for the interview
