Reg : appointment fixing

Can anyone please help me with this information.
I want to know when the consulate refreshes the database. I see that appointment is full till december 2005.

I want to fix in early December. Are there any particular timings when the database is refreshed and the dates are opened in Decemeber.

My question is : Now the dates are full from Aug'05 to Dec'05. Does it opens at any point of day?

if i cancel an appointment on a particular date , can i immediately see the status on that date as "A" . Please somebody help me.
