I am holding 10 years B1 visa and came in US for a short trip of 5 months. I want to call my wife/child here for 3 months time.
They have VISA interview in delhi in near future.
I have given them a letter on my company letter head saying that i am working for Indian company and came here for training for my parent US company and want to call my wife/child to join me here. Also i mention that i will be bearing all expenses. This letter was notarized here in US public.

Do i still require I-134 to get it filled and get notarized.

Please help me in this regard.

thanks

No you need the 134.
A letter of invitation and a letter to consulate request a visa for your dependent ( wife and child) should work.

Murali,

Thanks for response. Somehow it is not clear from your statement. Did you mean that i do not require I-134 to produce.
I also think that i do not require as i was going through the I-134 format and found that it is for Immigrant sponsor. As i am non-immigrant sponsor, i do not have to produce I-134.
Please confirm this.

Thanks
Peeyush

Murali,

One more question?
Does my wife need to write a letter to Consulate for Visa Application saying that she wants to go US and would like to have US VISA.
Please let me know.

Thanks
