Hi

You will 100% get a student visa to pursue your I presume Masters in Law in the US. You should understand that Giant US companie are setting up operations in India and all other developing countries and you can tell them that you intend to practise in your home country. You should choose a good university, get good TOEFL scores and demonstrate interest to pursue education in the US. Consult an Immigration Attorney if need be.

Have a nice day!

You need to choose major like Internationl Law, patent law, etc. which would show that it has dual purpose of MNC in US & India. The consular doesnt really care much what are you studying as long as he is staisfied that your intent is to come back- so you would need to show family, business, etc. ties more than studies.
