toefl requirement

i want to apply for f1 visa from paris. my toefl score is expired. can anyone tell me whether i can apply for visa without toefl scores. thanks in advance.

You need Tofel or atlest a date for the test during the interview

i have one question. my F1 visa once rejected from india in 2001. Later i got B1 visa and went to usa. now i want to apply for F1 from paris. is there any chance to get visa like this from other countrys consulate.
