Modifying Appointment

Hi,

I am a new member of this forum. You all are doing a great job by sharing your experiences.

I got an appointment for my mother on November 3 and I couldn't include my father's information as he did not get his passport yet. My question is if my father gets his passport in next couple of months, can I add him to my mother's appointment?? or do I have to take a separate appointment for him?

Hi,

You cannot add your dad's details to an existing appointment. You'll need to book him a new one.
