L1 expiry and visitor's visa - Clarification reqd.

Hi,

I'm on L1 - my visa (stamping) expired in May 2005 but my L1 petition and I-94 are valid till April 2006.
My parents have their B2 visa appointment in Oct 2005.
Will there be any issues?
Are there any special insructions for me or for my parents' interview?

ur current i94 determines status - as long as that has a valid date visa stamp expiry wld not matter
