Multiple Entry visa

Hello Sir/Madam

My parents are going for an Interview in 2weeks.I've a question for you.
What do they need to do for getting multiple entry 10 year visa?
Is there any extra fees?

From your side just make sure your paperwork is impeccable and you prep your parents well for the interview; thats all.
Granting a visa of a certain duration is entirely up to the Consular officer and there is nothing like paying an extra fee that can guarantee it.
