H1 Visa Expired in Passport:

Hello,

My H1 Visa, has expired in my passport, but I have a I-94 card valid till June'2007. I have a vaild I-797 till June'2007.

I would like to invite my parents to US to visit us. Would my Visa status cause any problems ?

No , as long as as your I 94 is valid you are in status, send photocopy of everything so your parents can understand and explain your status to the consular officer.

i94 determines status in the US - and not visa stamp - ur i94 copy / 797 is enough proof of current valid status.
