H1B validity will affect getting visitor visa

hi,
my 6year H1 visa is getting expired in Apr 06 and my in-laws are going for the visitor visa interview in sep. I only have 7months time to get my in-laws. will this affect the consulate to issue the visa? please help.

the time remaining on ur visa wld not be a problem. make sure u have all the required documentation
