Hi,
My parents said they got their visa...
They said this based on they were asked for finger prints...
They said That the I-134 we sent was not asked and now they have it with them...is it not necessary that they(consulate) collect the I-134 from my parents if they got visa.but they collected all the DD's and Ds-156 and appointmnet letter...

I'm all confused...now..

Please respond with ur answers....
Thanks

No, actually its not a requirement for them to keep the I-134 back or to even look at it!

so don't worry about that. When my parents went for their interview, they weren't asked to show a single paper but got their visa. So also have a lot of other people on this forum.

Congratulations! Hope your parents have a good holiday here..

My parents got visa on 13th June..
10 year multiple entry visa..

We had prepared so many documents apart from what is mentioned in path2usa because we had some special cases to be considered..They did not even look at a single document...i had them prepare to so many questions that may have arised...
But everything went cool..

Just asked questions..like..

parents names..
Dads occupation.. ans- Business- self employed..
For how long ur daughter(me) have been in usa. ans- 3 yrs
Does she have a citizenship??? answer to this is no..they (we) have green card.
For how many months u want to go to US.? answer- 3 months..

Thats it.....

Thanks to the members of path2usa forum....for answering my queries..

Good luck..everybody..

Thanks csingh....for ur wishes..
