Change of US address

Can anyone tell me if there's any problem at Port of entry if my mom stated during her interview at the Consulate in India that she'll be residing at Seattle(where I currently live) but if she actually lands at Chicago and stays there(since I might be relocating to Chicago soon).

Are the immigration officers at Port of entry able to see my mom's interview responses at the Consulate in India/ also, is there any paperwork involved, if I would like to change her address of stay in the US after she receives her visa?

they can land at any POE - it wld not be a major problem. The officer asks usual questions such as where they wld stay , duration of stay etc
it is not necessary to match sponsors address.
