My husband is in US.We got married 5 years back .

I applied for my visitor visa first time after marriage in sept 2004 and the in dec 2004 with my daughter.Rejected both the times.

They said U have no reason to come back as my husband was a green card holder then and had not filed for my I-130.

Now my husband got his citizenship in May 2005 and has filed for my I-130 and I-129 for my K3 visa.

Can I apply for my Visitor visa again as even to get K3 visa I'll have to wait for more than 7-8 months.

I think you should wait for your I130 to be approved. GOing again and again for vistior visa and then getting rejected will put negative view on your case when you go for your actual visa stamping after your I130 is approved.
