My parents got rejected for visitor visa last week. We are trying to set a appointment in this or next month. But we couldnt. Please help me how to set up appointment in july.

which consulate is this?
for mumbai consulate u can get early dates by taking appt at VFS office (in person)
for other consulates u might have to try the "Modify appt" option on ttsvisas.com to get an earlier date

We want to go to Chennai consulate. We are trying to use the modify option, but we are not seeing anything during the period of July. Is there any way that I can get appt in July?
