Transit Visa ?(no H1 B stamping)

1.I will be traveling to india in decemeber but still my H1 visa is not stamped. I want to know do I need to take any transit visa ? & if yes than which country/airlines requires transit visa?
2. Is there any air lines in which I don't need transit visa?
3. How do i get an appointment for December for stamping at Mumbai Consulate
