Query regarding H4 visa

Hi All,
I am currently in US on H1B visa.
H4 Interviews for my wife and kid are lined up in end of next month.
If I transfer my h1 visa to another company before the interview date then what will hapen to their interview.
Do they have to apply for a new date or they can continue with the current interview?.

Please send all new documentation in time for the interview - Ur change of employer shld not affect their stamping with current appointment.
