H1 transfer in India

Hi,

Is it possible to transfer H1 while in India? I have stamped H1 through company 'A' (in India) will it be of any use if I Join a firm 'B' (in India) ?
I haven't travelled on this H1 and it would be expiring in Mar 06. :(

For an h1 transfer u must be in valid status with old employer.
This is not possible if u never travelled on old company's visa and if u are not present inthe US.
