Retired Air Force Officer

Hi,

I am planning to sponsor my parents and my dad is a retired Air Force Officer. At the moment he is working as a manager in a private organization. Will he need to get any additional certificate or documents since he was in armed force before? Or will a NOC from his current organization will do?

This question can only be answered by the consular officer, in general they do a background check on any active military personnel applying for a visitors visa, since he is retired they may/may not do a background check, so let him apply and see what happens
