parents B-1visa rejected twice, need advice.

My mom and bro stay in india.bro's studying there. My dad works in kenya.
mom's visa got DENIED at mumbai last month (may), they asked her : how come u r going alone to visit usa when ur husband's in kenya?
so, both mom and dad tried together for visa from kenya consulate this month, again got DENIED...they said: oh! this visa (mom's) has been rejected once...also, u dont have enough ties to come back to kenya, ur 2 children are in india nd usa.
kindly advise as to what shd we do next, shd we reapply immediately or wait for sometime..(how long)...how could we improve our case?

for mumbai consulate u can reapply after a minimum of 3 days
u can make any number of attempts.there is no restriction on that


u need to show additional docs that wld prove strong ties to homeland
such as job/ occupation details , family responsibilities, etc.

but the prob in reapplying 2nd time frm mumbai was tht no appt dates were available till august (this was in may), thts why we tried from nairobi. but got rejected there as well.

my mom had enough documents abt property and bank papers during her mumbai interview but thy did not even have a look at it or ask for it.

we plan to reapply ( 3rd attempt ) at nairobi ( since both mom n dad are there at present) but still wondering how to strengthen our case.

i just went thru few other posts and read abt letters frm senate /local congressman, shall we try to get that? would that be helpful ? pls advise.

I don't think taking letter from senate would help as there are people whose B1 visa was rejected even if they had senate letter.

Applying from different places would generally create doubt in ones mind , Think if you are a visa officer and some one trying to sneak in he will use all possible ways (applying from diff diff places will be one way).

Prepare your case well and be truthful , positive during interview give genuiene answers and leave it to luck.
