Hi,
I am on L1 visa in US since August 2004. I have applied for H1 through a new employer this year. My L1 is due to expire in August 2005 and I may have to return to India, so my address would change. I think I need to inform INS about my address change - right?
Does this negatively affect my H1 application and can I change the address from US to India (I mean US to US should be fine, but how about US to India)?
Please advise.
