Hi,
I have 2 questions
1)when is the best time to apply for H1 visa, I graduated in december 2004 and currently working on OPT. I want to know if its already late or if i can still apply and till what date can i afford to wait if i can.
2)the company that i'm working for is a start up company, and not many employees (maybe < 3)just started this year and i dont think they have processed any H1s yet. Is it advisable to stick with my company and go ahead with my H1 processing or should i change my company.Am i taking chances??
