Tax return statement for stamping

Hi

I missed my tax return statement for the year 2002.Is there any way to get the tax statement from IRS.I heard that tax returns are main for Stamping of H1.

You could check with your employer to see if they have a copy.They usually maintain one,but you have urge them to get it for you.

If u are mentioning W2 - u may be able to get it from employer - ur tax returns are filed on Form 1040 - which u shld be having if u have filed ur taxes.

If u haven't filed ur returns for a specific year u can show ur w2 for that year.
