Could anybody please let me know how long does it take to come out of airport once an international flight lands.
My parents will land in LAX around 6:30 PM by what time they will be done with Customs, and all other process and ready for pick up.

Depends on a lot of things - Lands at 6:30 but takes 10 to 15 minutes, sometimes more, to arrive at the gate, disembarking might take another 10 to 15 minutes, and then the No. of flights that arrive at the same time which creates a huge line at the immigration, the arrival of the luggage ( normally luggage checked in India arrives last- not always but most of the time,), and finally customs. Take it anywhere from 45 minutes to the earliest to hour and half or even more.
Call the airlines and get an updated time of arrival on that day....sometimes the plane arrives 1 or 2 hours early.
