passport renewal by mail

Hi

To renew passport by mail, we have to get notarisation of green card. But notarisation means verifying your signature. How to notarise the green card? Any help is appreciated.

Not heard of need for notarizing GC, atleast for SFO consulate. If you really want to do so, take ur GC to a Bank, most of the banks would do it. Again, each bank is different some would charge, others do not; Also, some would do only signature notarization, etc., Good Luck...
