need niagara trip to be arranged

Hi, my parents have come fm India and I want to take them to niagara falls. I want to know whether there are any tour operaters (like we have in India) who can give a complete package for the same. If not, then how can I get low fare airtickets? I have already been on cheaptickets.com,orbitz etc. But couldn't find a good deal. Please help.
