Hello All,
Today I have attended h1b interview today I was successful . It goes as follows
step 1: Entered the consulate and paid the TTS Visa courier fees ie., 441/-
step 2: Then paid 4400/- in the cashier counter and was given the token
step 3: went to a counter where my papers were arrange in a green folder and i was asked to goto the visa lobby
step 4: took nearly 2 hours to be called for the interview, once I was called I was asked the purpose of my visit and I was asked to show my degree certificates, the visa office took my degree certificate and then scrutinised it for a while and then came back and asked me to take all my documents and go to counter number 1 and pay up my fees ie., 2200/-
step 5: I paid the visa issuance fee and I asked the lady in the counter when i will recieve my visa, she answered that it will arrive in 3 days time.
it has been a very good eperience , my observations is that the applicant should be very confident of himself and his candidature, secondly carry all genuine and required documents. The most important of all believe in God, that only he can guide you through this.
I have one question directly targeting the senior memebers of the forum. I was out of the embassy by 3PM , when will I recieve the visa courier at my residence?, I am living in the same city as the consulate.
