Visitor Visa for Parents and In Laws

Hi,

I'm living in the US on L1 visa. My husband is also in L1. I still carry my maiden name in the passport and my passport does not have my Spouse name (still Single in the Passport) and same for my husband.

Now we are planning to bring my Parents and in laws together for a month. Is it okay for my husband to be a sponsor for his parents and my parents to bring them here?

Please advise.

Yes, I do not see any problem.
He can surely be a sponsor..

Hi Kavitha,

Your husband can sponser his and your parents..I only document the consullate will need is your Marriage Certificate ..
