Hi Murali,
The person interviewing in US consulate in Chennai is an American or an Indian..
When I had my appointment in july 2003..that time There were only americans.
But the Travelling agency thru which we r trying to book an appointment for my PARENTS (we require appointment in Tamil)is saying that now in US consulate the interviewing persons are not americans and there r only Indians.
so he says that my parents doesn't need any interpreters and they can always follow Indian english...He also says that now they have changed everything...
But I have never heard anything like that...
So it would be great if u guide me.
