Please clarify the following.

My wife, son had got their H4 and am sponsoring for my Mother-in-Law, who got appointment for second week of May. Planning their travel together.

For Question 3, Whether I need to fill in the details under
Name of spouse and children accompanying or following to join person:

In the I 134 for my mother in law. for the Question #8 Can I put my wife and son as wholly dependent or leave it blank?

I134 will be only for you you Motheer inlaw. Leave Q 3 blank it bank .( it is applicable if people in group applying for visitor B2 visa)

Put as wholly dependent, if wife is not a earning member.

Since my wife/son are in india and planning to come with my mother-in-law. Can i go ahead and include them in Question 8 about dependents.

adding in Dependent in I134 does not really carry any significance than that they are financailly dependent on you, you may or may not ..up to you.
