HI,
My travel agent booked me AIR INDIA to fly to INDA via Paris, France. France Consulate at Houston serves my state, Arkansas. Their website has no instrructions on sending the documents to them and getting the visa by MAIL (they just have a checklist of documents required and fees). Do I have to Houston Consulate in person and not mail it to hem? They do not answer visa related questions over phone. Has anyone got it by mail? Can someone pls .help?
