hi my name is josue i'm married with a daughter. i live in miami.well i have a brother who is married and has 2 children in nicaragua first i tried to invite my brother's son to visit us because my daughter was asking for it and the visa was rejected because the person stated that if none of both the parents has a visa nor the child could have it.then i triesd with my brother i opened a account for him in nicaragua and send him a credit card and when he went the person asked him who is sponsoring his trip he said my brother and then he said that it was rejected due to insufficient document which i understand because i told him to go on his own reponsability but i think that he was so excited.now i am gonna try with all the documents that are in your website and my questions are:
it is better for him to go alone or with his child to ask for the visa.since he has 2children and his wife can't come and the other child is to too young.
i am gonna use my income and my wife's .how do we fill the I-134?we need only one or separate.i was thinking that he can say that i invited them both to go to disneyworld and his wife cannot come 'cause she is finishing her bachelor degree wich is not true because she doesn't do anything but i can't invited them all 'cause my income is not to big 30-35k
please help me .
i have my cheking account with 6k no savings account
do you think it was good to send him a credit card since in nicaragua it is to expensive to have one somethimes you pay double you take

Just one I134 is required.
Any one of you who is sponsoring can put the whole amount as household income and not individual income. Checking accounts balance will also do.
In I134 provide all other finaincial detials including the approximate value of your property , stocks etc of you own.
