Mothers Visa Qs

Hi All, I see that this web site is very useful for
visting visas.
I have a quick questions, please respond
I have taken appointment for my mother but now my brother
in law and sister who is in G4 visa are sponsering her visit.

1) we are planning not to say that I stay here as even my
father passed away and there is potential for rejection.
Is that ok? are they going to verify what is in
appointment letter as i have my name as US contact?

2) My BIL came to US for not long, just 5 months, so we
dont have any tax returns.is that ok?

3) are there any specific rules for visting visa for when
G4 visa holders sponser?

There is no speific rule for sponsor's visa tppe so they can sponsor , as long as they can provide all the requried documents.
in my opinion always provide correct and authentic information they may ind the trust one way or other and in that case it will have long term adverse effects.
