hi
please help me
We south indians do not have surname
In case the surname is blank in the pass port, should we fill -None - in the ds156
OR leave it also blank
If we fill- none-, a third page is generated with correction to barcodes in the electronic filing of the form
We have been advised not to leave any column blank in the consulate web as advice.
Which option to adopt?
Thanks for the advice

Fill none if no surename, from the form prespective it does expect some value to put in Surname.

hi murali ,
i had the same question and i did start a new thread "I-135 filling questions"-
we do not have a surname and what do we fill in the I-135 form under the slot for surname.

can we leave the slot blank or do we have to cross out the section given surname or what??

Thanks
