Ds-156 Q 28

Hi,

My dad is filling his DS-156 form and we had a doubt for Q 28, "Who will pay for this trip" he is planning to write as "Self", but i want him to write my name. I was wondering if either will make any difference and which is preferred. I am on H1 visa.

And also if he writes "self" then what different documents should he submit (should any documents from the sponsor(myself) need to be submitted.. 'coz i have sent the set which has I-134 and others

In most cases, its the sponsors name thats written here - There shld not be any problems with the sponsors name
No additional docs other than the I134 (affid of support) is required
(of course - bank verification statment, empl support letters etc are needed)
