I needs to get a VISA for my CPA exam in the month of November.
Can anyone please tell me how to go about it and the time frame that I should start for it.
All I need is to stay for 15days in the States.
Also which city will be cheap to travel to and live and also is not bitterly cold in the month of November?
Any other advice is most welcome.
