Here is the situation.

I am in US since Nov 1st 2004 on a H1. Am trying to bring my wife, kid and mother in law together next month. Got H4 approved for my wife and kid and waiting for mother in laws visa.

In this scenario, In my mother-in-laws ds 156.

What do I fill for Question 37 ?
Are any of the following persons in US( There is no Son-in-Law options available).

for Question 34?

Names and Relationships of person travelling with you?

Is that advisable to name my wife and kid

I know what you mean , in such case she can put your name in bracket( son-in-law)
for other question I would recommend to provide correct info ,she may put her daughter name etc or if you want not to put thats your choice.
