My moms visitor visa regected

Hi,
My mother went to chenni for visa apointment yesterday. They asked 3 more qustions,
1. How many childrens do u have?
2. Why are you planing to usa?
She said i have 3 children for 1 question, For second visiting purpose.
After that they didn't take any documents, they gave one computerised paper, in that we want proof(letter) from your son-in law is sponsaring you. But already we send it that letter. But they didn't see any documents. I want suggestion for this, What we can do next step, yesterday night we taken appointment its agust 17th,We have any chances to bring the mom early as this month april.plz reply asp.

what is the cluase of refusal is it 221g or 214b ? it must be given in the refsual letter?

Sarada - Sorry that your mother did not get a visa. I apologize for asking something different here. Did you say that you got another appointment just yesterday for Aug 17th? How did you get it, does the ttsvisas website have a different calendar or something available for second time applicants? Did you ask for an interpretor? which language? Pls respond.
