I was surfing through http://ttvisas.com, I found dates availability from July6, 2005 onwards at US Consulate in Delhi! I've received one I-20 form(Akron university) but haven’t got any aid from that university, probably other 2-3 Universities I 20’s which are on the way, I ‘d got aid from 2 of them.
1)if I apply on the basis of Akron University right now and take a date, what would be the requirements to take an appointment?
2)Can I modify later my appointment to some other university (which will fund my graduate program)? Wouldn’t the Visa consulate people would say that once you have applied Via Akron I 20, now you cannot revoke your appointment & shift to some other University ?Is there some sort of this flexibility ?
