H1 B Transfer

Hi !

I switched jobs from company A to company B. I have my I-797 approval for company B. My current visa on my passport is valid till september 2005. I was wondering i can travel abroad at this time with my old visa stamp but all the new h1 papers or should i get a new h1 stamped inorder to re enter the US. Please advice

U can travel and re-enter the US with VALID visa stamp of old employer.

At POE u must have both petitions .
