Before School , i was witnessed by the french teacher at my school going 80 on a 35 street, when, i got to the parking lot and parked, she said i flew right by her, and told me to follow her into the office. she turned me into the office and said i was going 80 on stevens crk blvd. in cupertino, CA, the security guard at my school said to go to class and that a police officer will come to school for me....
would they be able to pentalize me if a cop didnt actually see the event going on? and can a teacher just say i did it and get in trouble for it?
it makes no sense to me, becuase a cop didnt see me actually do it!
