3 Speeding tickets within year

Hi,
This morning I received my 3rd speeding ticket this year.
Does anyone know if this means I automatically get my license suspended?
The ticket says no court appearance required. So if I check "guilty" and pay
the $75 fine, am I going to receive something in the mail telling me I lost
my license? Will I still have to go to court? I haven't been in this situation before, so I could use a little help from someone who has.

It depends how many points you have on record .I got in same condition , DMV asked to take 3 hrs class at DMV .to prevent from suspension .
It differs state to state.
