Visa query..

Hi,

My wife is on H-4 visa & her visa expiring on April 2006... Now she is planning to visit India for a year, so while restamping in April 2006, will there be any problem because she will not be in USA for this year April 2005 to April 2006... i.e if she in India for whole year, does it create any problem for her while restamping..

No problem as long as you maintain your H1 status and have all the required document dependent visa like H4 should not have any problem for restamping.
