DS-156 questions 26 & 27---please give me a reply

Hi Friends,

i am filling DS 156 application for my parents.I got doubt in Questions 26 & 27

For Q:26 how long do you intend to stay in US?
Do we have write either ' upto validity of my B2 visa' or ' 3 months'

Q:27 What is the purpose of your trip?

Answer: to visit my son-in-law and daughter and for tourism purposes
(or)
tourism purpose.

Please give me reply.

1. both answers are correct, but putting some tengible time makes it better so if you think and justify putting X months put X months.

2. I am not sure how much space you have there to write such a long reason else just "Tourism" is enough. I am sure at the time of visa interview this question may be aksed again and there you can explain.
