invitation letter

hi, I am on H4 and my husaband is sponsoring my parents visit. In the invitation letter should i write my name also ?
I have one more question..I understand that i have to send one copy of each documents from sponsor side . IS this correct or should i send 2 copies ( like H1 B papers, bank statement etc)?

1. You may or may not wirte your name, doesnt really matter. Or writing name at the end doesnt hurt so do what ever way.

2. Just one is enough you dont need 2 copies.
