Hey

I came to the united states in dec 2001 with my brother on visitor visa I was not married then we don`t have any relatives in US. I actually wanted to visit my finance who was a green card holder, at my interview I said I don`t have anyone there. Me & my brother got the visa for 1 year multiple I came here got married to my fiance applied for I-130 & then my brother let in march before his visa expired, but I have been here since My husband is now a US citizen he got his citizenship in sept 2003 I then applied for green card in october 2003 but have not got anything yet. Now if my parents want to visit me do they have to show that I am in US wating for greencard. Or its ok for them to say that they don`t have anyone in US, like i did, my dad has a textile business so they have no intention of staying here they just want to visit country I am presently employed as manager & working for last 1 year. Please tell me if they have to mention abt me cause I feel they might get denied, & also when I will get citizenship I might apply for their green card so does it matter Ps reply to me asap

thanks soniprem

One think I would say that do not provide any incorrect information.
Let your parents apply for the visa, you dont have sponsor thier trip they can aply theier own.
If every thing goes well they can get the visa.
