Hi ,
Pls help me in deciding which H1 documents I should send for Visitor Visa for my parents to visit us
I've a H1 from my previous employer but I'm currently working for my new employer after the new employer has filed for my new H1 transfer petition

Pls advise me on these points :
1) Can I send the H1 from my previous employer (that I have in my hand right now) and this new petition receipt from BCIS for the H1 transfer applied from new company.... for Visitor visa purposes
2) Can I send these new company's paystubs as requested paystubs (ONLY) and include anything from the previous employer ( to make it less confusing for my relatives back home)
3) Can I send the new company's letter of employment verification (ONLY) and not include anything from the previous employer employer ( to make it less confusing for my relatives back home)

4) Can I send in the my new company's offer letter (ORIGINAL) and not mention any thing about my previous company's offer letter

I'm very thankful for any suggestions that U could give me to help me resolve these H1 documents things...
Thanks again....

send the current employers related H1 and documents.

1. If you dont have the approval notice from the current employer and have a receipt notice for the new H1 transfer send that.

2. Letter of employment from the current employer , copy of paystubs etc

and rest as given on path2usa visitor visa page requirement.
