DS-157 is required or not

Hi

My parents have an appointment on April 5th. My dad is 52 years old and mom is 45 years old. Do they need to fill the DS-157 form or not. I was thinking my dad doesnt need it as it is saying only male immigrants between 14 and 45. Does my mom need to fill the form????

no you do not :)....that form is only for males whom they consider would like to immigrate here. The form is ONLY for males of those ages.

No this form is not required for any of them.
This form is only for male age between 16-45 yrs.
So take it easy ..

If you are applying in Delhi, then ALL applicants have to fill out DS-157 according to the US embassy website (DELHI) so check the website of the consulate where you are going to apply, my mother is 64 and he had to fill one out at the US embassy in Delhi.
